Junior Class

Junior Martial Arts Program (Ages 7–12)

The Junior program is built for kids and pre-teens during a critical stage of social, physical, and personal growth. As a dedicated self-defense school, our primary focus is giving young students real, practical skills to keep themselves safe, stand tall, and navigate everyday challenges with composure and confidence.

What Your Child Will Learn:

  • Practical Self-Defense Techniques: Students master core martial arts fundamentals—including powerful kicks, crisp strikes, effective blocking, and reliable release techniques if someone grabs, holds, or pins them.

  • Bully Prevention & De-escalation: We give kids a clear toolkit for dealing with bullies in and out of the classroom. Students learn how to project confidence, use clear voice boundary setting, de-escalate aggressive behavior, and know exactly when and how to defend themselves if physical safety is threatened.

  • Personal Safety & Awareness: We teach smart, proactive safety strategies, helping students stay aware of their surroundings, recognize red flags early, and make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Interpersonal & Life Skills: Every class reinforces essential character traits like respect, active listening, teamwork, self-discipline, and effective communication—skills that directly translate to better focus and leadership in school and social settings.

Our structured, supportive training environment challenges students to grow physically and mentally, turning potential self-doubt into lasting self-confidence.
